2026 Batten Preview Day

Spend a day immersed in what it means to be a student-athlete at Batten University. Batten Preview Day is designed for prospective field hockey student-athletes who want to explore our campus, experience game day, and train alongside our coaching staff. 

Begin the day watching our Marlins compete against McDaniel at 12pm to experience the energy and culture of Marlins Field Hockey firsthand. Following the game, there will be a campus tour and admissions overview, providing insight into the academic opportunities, facilities, and student life available at Batten. To conclude the day, there will be a two-hour on field training session led by the Batten coaching staff and current student-athletes. Athletes will participate in technical skill work, small-sided competition, and game-based training while receiving coaching and evaluation in a collegiate environment.
